ABOUT:Welcome to my site. This site exists for a number of reasons. One, it is a critical component of preserving and enhancing my technical capabilities as a world-class leader in human resource development (HRD). Staying current on technology is no longer an option in HRD. Technology is no longer a tool controlled by I.T. In fact, technology expertise is a major differentiator and competitive advantage within HRD. The profession requires it, and you should demand it of any HRD professionals you employ. Two, it builds and enhances my personal brand. Reputations, be it for companies, products, or people, are hard to earn and easy to lose. HRD professionals have to leave the mindset of HRD as an event. Truly successful HRD is a process that is supported by the HRD leader's reputation, or personal brand. Ultimately, it is about trust, and this is a means of communicating in order to develop trust. Three, it is where you can come to learn more about me. If you have a position for an outstanding HRD leader, my latest résumé is always available here. If you want to reach me directly, email me at bill (at) technicaltrainer (dot) org. My Oracle BibliographyI started at Oracle Corporation in 1996. My last position was as a Senior Manager in the E-Business Suite product development team. In that position, I managed an international team of curriculum developers, both directly and indirectly. The team contributed over $15M in curriculum products, and was responsible for over 40% of the revenue that Oracle University delivered for E-Business Suite. Here is a list of courses to which I contributed:
