CPLP Study Aid:

I have earned my Masters degree in Education specializing in Training and Performance Improvement at Capella University. In order to complete that program and move on to my PhD program, Capella requires a final integrative project for course ED5990.

The project was a study aid for professionals attempting the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance certification from ASTD. Here are the resources that I developed for that course:
